1. Who we are

AdsBoard («the Service») is a reporting dashboard for advertising specialists. It reads advertising statistics from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the official Meta Marketing API and shows them in one place.

2. What data we collect

Account data you give us:

  • your name;
  • your phone number;
  • your email address, if you provide one;
  • your Telegram chat identifier, if you connect our Telegram bot.

Data received from Meta after you connect your account:

  • your Meta user ID and name;
  • the list of ad accounts you grant access to;
  • campaigns, ad sets and ads, and their daily statistics — spend, impressions, reach, clicks and results;
  • the ad account balance and currency.

We request the minimum permissions needed for reporting. We do not create, edit, pause or delete your ads, and we do not spend your advertising budget.

We do not collect the personal data of people who see or click your ads. Meta does not provide it to us, and we do not ask for it.

3. How we use the data

Solely to operate the Service: to build your reports, to calculate budgets and results, and to send you notifications you have enabled. We do not sell your data and do not use it for advertising.

4. Storage and protection

  • Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database on our hosting provider's servers.
  • Meta access tokens and application secrets are stored encrypted (AES-256-GCM).
  • Passwords are stored only as a bcrypt hash and cannot be recovered from it — neither by you nor by us.
  • Access to your data requires signing in to your account.

5. Sharing with third parties

We do not transfer your data to third parties, except for the infrastructure providers required to run the Service (hosting and database), and except where disclosure is required by law.

6. Your rights

  • You can disconnect your Meta account at any time on the «Meta accounts» page. The access token is deleted immediately.
  • You can revoke our application's access from the Meta side: Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.
  • You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us — see section 8.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. After an account is deleted, its data and statistics are removed from the database.

8. Contact

For any question about this policy or to request account deletion, write to us through the Telegram bot linked in your account, or by email at [email protected].
